What this website collects, why, and how to get it removed. Written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every eventuality.

The legal framing is not a substitute for advice: the business name, the identity of the data controller, the grievance officer required under India's data protection rules, and any sector-specific obligations must be filled in and checked by someone qualified. What we collect

We collect personal information in one place only: the callback form. Nothing on this site tracks you around the web, and there are no advertising cookies.

The form asks for four things, two of them optional:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile number
  • Where you are moving from, if you choose to tell us
  • Where you are moving to, if you choose to tell us

We also record that you ticked the consent box, the page you were on when you sent it, and the time it arrived.

That is deliberately short. The form used to ask for an email address, a WhatsApp number, PIN codes, property type, move date, floor numbers, lift availability and free-text notes. It no longer does: everything beyond a name and a number is a question for the phone call, and information that is never collected cannot be lost, leaked or misused.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. An IP address is used only in memory, as a one-way hash, to limit how many submissions can come from one connection in an hour; that hash expires within the hour and is never attached to your record.

We do not use analytics by default. If analytics is ever switched on, this page will be updated to name the provider before it goes live.

Why we collect it

To prepare and discuss your moving quote, and to carry out the move if you book one. That is the only purpose. We ask for your consent on the form before you submit it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the contact details below.

There is no marketing opt-in on the form, and no promotional list. The only consent we ask for is consent to contact you about the enquiry you sent.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is sent to our own team so somebody can respond to it. If you are booking a move, the crew assigned to it will see the details they need to do the job.

The technical services that carry the enquiry on our behalf are Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes the form, and the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta, which delivers the notification to our team. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other moving companies, lead brokers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 365 days and then deleted. If you book a move, records relating to the job itself may be kept longer where we are required to retain them, for example for tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your enquiry entirely
  • Stop contacting you

Use the contact details on our contact page. Quote the reference number from your enquiry confirmation if you have it, as it makes the record easy to find. We will action deletion requests promptly.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. The form is processed on the server, not in your browser, and the credentials used to deliver the notification are held as encrypted environment variables that are never sent to your device. We do not store your enquiry in your browser's local storage.

No website can promise it is impossible to attack. What we can say is that this one holds the minimum information needed to quote your move, for a limited time, behind standard protections.
