Why customers choose us

Transparent estimates

A written, itemised quote before any work begins — so the final bill holds no surprises.

Careful handling

Fragile items wrapped in layers, furniture dismantled properly and rebuilt on arrival.

Dedicated support

One coordinator for your move, reachable on call and WhatsApp through the day.

Trained crews

The same in-house teams on every job, briefed on your inventory before they arrive.

What we do

Services built around how people actually move

Whether it is a one-room flat across town or an office that has to be running again on Monday, the work is scoped to the job rather than sold as a package.

Why choose us

The boring parts, done properly

Most moving complaints are not about the truck. They are about a quote that changed, a crew that arrived without the right material, or nobody answering the phone on the day. That is what we organise around.

The quote is the quote

Priced off a real inventory, itemised in writing. If the scope changes on the day, you approve it before we proceed.

Material arrives with the crew

Cartons, wrap and tools are loaded against your inventory the night before, so the team is never short on site.

Somebody answers

One coordinator owns your move end to end. You are not re-explaining your job to whoever picks up.

Checked both ends

The same inventory list is signed at pickup and at delivery, so anything missing is obvious immediately.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a move?

For a local move, about one to two weeks is comfortable. For an intercity move, two to three weeks gives us time to survey, confirm a vehicle and schedule the crew. We do take shorter-notice jobs when a vehicle is free, so it is always worth asking.

How is the cost of a move calculated?

Four things drive the figure: how much there is to move, how far it is going, how much packing you want us to do, and how hard the access is at each end — floor, lift and parking distance. We survey first and give you an itemised written quote, so you can see which part of the job costs what.

Do you pack everything, or should I pack some of it myself?

Either works. Most customers have us pack the kitchen, glass and electronics and handle their own clothes and books, which brings the material and labour cost down. Tell us which rooms you want to do yourself and we will scope around it.

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

Raise it with your coordinator at delivery, while the crew is still on site, and note it on the delivery sheet — that is what makes a claim straightforward later. The exact cover and claims process depends on the transit-insurance option you choose, which we confirm in writing with your quote before the move.

Can you move my car or bike as well?

Yes. Vehicles travel in a covered carrier rather than being driven across, so no distance is added to the odometer. We need the registration papers and the vehicle to be at roughly a quarter tank. It can run on the same booking as your household goods.

What if my new home is not ready on the delivery date?

Tell us as early as you can and we will hold the consignment in storage and deliver when you are ready. Storage is charged separately from the move, by duration, and we confirm that rate before anything goes into the facility.

Which buildings are a problem — no lift, narrow stairs, tight parking?

None of them are a problem if we know in advance. What causes delays is finding out on the day. During the survey we check the floor, the lift size, stair width and how far the truck can park from the door, and we plan the crew size and equipment around it.

Do you work on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes, and for office relocations a weekend is usually the better choice, because it gives us two clear days to move and reconnect everything before staff return. Weekend slots fill earlier, so book ahead.
