What to have ready

You do not need any of this to get started — but having it to hand makes the quote accurate the first time, rather than after two phone calls.

  • Both addresses, with the floor number and whether there is a working lift
  • A rough idea of how far the truck can park from the door
  • Anything oversized or fragile: double-door fridge, piano, glass tabletop, aquarium
  • Whether you want us to pack everything, or only the kitchen and breakables
  • Your preferred date, and whether it can move by a day or two

What happens next

  1. We reply the same working day

    Usually within a couple of hours during office hours.

  2. We survey, in person or over video

    Ten minutes on a video call is enough for most flats.

  3. You get an itemised written quote

    Packing, labour, transport and any extras listed separately, so you can see what drives the price.

  4. You decide

    No deposit is taken to hold a quote, and the quote does not expire the same week.
